 I am a person-centred therapist who came to this work later in life after being a PE teacher followed by 20 years in the Fire Service. I work in an integrative way, and I am especially interested in incorporating the outdoors and the natural world into sessions where ever possible. I also enjoy working creatively with clients.

In my spare time I enjoy running, reading and messing around on/ in the water. I also love walking through the Cornish countryside with my dog.

"The therapist seemed to understand my child’s personality and best way to work with him. She gained information ahead of starting work. She was consistent and punctual every week. The one week she couldn’t do, she gave me advance warning. From what my child explains it sounds like a range of activities were done with him to keep it varied. He felt like he could offload and talk to her. It didn’t take long for him to build up that relationship which is unusual for him. If I emailed the therapist with an update or a ‘heads up’ about something happening for my child, she would respond promptly and incorporate it into the next session. "
